Kookootoo - South Gloucestershire

Kookoo (Gilan Kitchen) is now back to its top form. We recently enjoyed a delightful takeout meal of Kubideh (Lamb kebab) and saffron rice. The food was absolutely delicious, and we are thrilled to become regular customers once again. We had stopped visiting due to the previous owner's subpar service, but we are happy to see that the restaurant has improved.

The restaurant offers great value with its large portions of very tasty food. The service was also very good. The only downside was that the restaurant was a bit cold.

I searched for Persian restaurants in the Bristol area and this one had the best reviews so we decided to try it out. We defnitely were not disappointed. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced given the quality of it. The restaurant is small but well laid out. The waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely be returning here next time we are in the area. It's on a main road but there was plenty of onstreet parking available.

My review is a little late. This is one fantastic restaurant, amazing food,friendly staff nice atmosphere all in all a lovely experience and the food isn't too expensive either and easy to get to. Just brilliant.
