Sunday lunch asked twice for the table to be cleaned and dirty glasses taken away. The food was dreadful, more like a child’s portion and was Luke warm at best. Had to get our own cutlery and not offered any condiments very disappointed as we’ve had a couple of very good experiences in the past (pre refurbishment) Service: 1

I had a fantastic Sunday lunch with delicious Yorkshire puddings at this restaurant. The chicken burger was also incredibly large and tasty. The food was great, the staff were excellent, and the atmosphere was very friendly. Another plus is the huge car park, which is convenient when meeting friends from different locations. I would rate the rooms, service, and location all a 5 out of 5. Overall, this hotel is great value for money.

We called in for a late lunch, the menu was good and it was affordable, but the veg looked like they'd been cooked hours earlier and left under lights in the kitchen Service: 4
