The George - South Gloucestershire

I absolutely adore this pub! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the garden is the best on the high street. I just wish they served dinner, even a few nice sandwiches would be perfect. I highly recommend this place!

A beautiful outside space here with terrace heating and cover available when cold. the personal was all friendly and attentive, the outdoor music was good and the prices appropriate. beautiful place.

My wife and I visited the restaurant for the first time since lockdown and enjoyed a drink in the beer garden on Sunday afternoon. We both felt very safe thanks to the well-planned one-way system, all staff wearing face masks, and the easy ordering system with table service. We had a pleasant conversation with Henry, who clearly worked hard to ensure the safety of both employees and customers. We will definitely return to support Henry and his business again.
