Contribuisci feedbackI've been here for Sundays. what a beautiful place. when entering the parking lot you notice the rear garden and converted hair to a high standard. inside also not disappointed and this very warm land restaurant is easy...so relaxing. eating is just as good with good quality thick cut meat, huge selection of veg and even the chance to have different meats on a teller board. the sweetnesses are a bit expensive, but everything on this place is a little jewel and the best Sunday redness I had in years. it's a shame to learn that this place will close to the next week's personal shortage, but I felt that they were still worthy of a bright review.
The good first location is fantastic, the restaurant is very attractive and has a beautiful atmosphere in its look. it has the potential to be a really nice place to dinate. the food was presented very well. now the parts. first massif overpriced...for quality, service, maintenance and actual atmosphere delivered. the menu was unconsistent and almost too hard and getting it completely wrong. the main course was acceptable, had the bark short ripening, but only lacked the full taste and quality I expected, especially for the price. the dessert koskäsekuchen was simply the worse cheese cake I had eaten. I love kokos- and cheesecakes and similar versions elsewhere were divine. this was just too hard to balance the taste. my partner had the eton chaos, which in the round was a small offer of cream mixed with a red looking sauce. certainly not so expected and almost to calculate was not acceptable. service was quite unavailable. drinks never arrived, but it managed to find the way to the bill. could not understand and hear the waiter very well. no attention given to the table, and I can understand why one else felt more valued that it was when they do one please them by being there. possibly this was not the normal service and experience, as clearly others had a good time. Moreover, it was so busy if not everyone was there for the first time, then they must have had a good previous experience. However, there are better places and for the price of the menu points I would expect it to be perfect, otherwise there is not justification in a higher price point. it will not be back, but I hope that they will be aware of, let go of the unnecessary setup and match service, keeping and food quality on the style and potential of the building.
I am here twice, but learned lessons, I correspond to one of their critic commentary on attitude, it is when they do one favored by letting them dinate there. the chef was fantastic.
We did it! it has taken a long time for us to get a booking and eat at the stables thanks to covid and closures. this was the unexpected quirky place to offer in its location directly on the main street of the...town they have worked hard to provide some attactive seating in the free as well as the well-removed interior seats in the rebuilt stall with sufficient parking space. menu is not huge, but there is something for everyone I would think. we had the homemade brot with the selection of dives with was a enough of a taste apparatus while we waited for our main course. I had the belly of Pork.. what can I say I cleaned the plate. I enjoyed and enjoyed every mouthful! my man said he never saw that I had eaten so slowly. it was because I wanted the court to be forever! he had the bass he enjoyed, even if he didn't get in raptures like I left! there is a good selection of wines in the offer. we loved the look of Sunday midday menu and can not wait to secure a booking to try it. the personal was charming and attentive. all in all a delightful experience.then you chef and team.
We booked a table for adults a good week in advance for lunch having advised there were vegetarians in the party. So much went wrong, I’ve highlighted only a few issues below: When we arrived we were advised that we had not...‘pre-booked’ the vegetarian food, hence we could only order of the Sunday menu, on which there were only choices, a salad from the first course or a vegetarian roast which consisted of more veg and an extra Yorkshire pudding. Nit great but we would make it work. Drinks arrived and given that it was the hottest day of the year, there was no ice, as the machine was broken why they couldn’t have gone to of supermarkets within less than a minute drive and just got bags of ice to pop in the freezer was a surprise. drinks went back as they were warm. Our waiter, Ben, who had been working there for months could not answer ANY questions and was in and out referring the questions, which took the ordering process ages and was made obvious to us that we were being ‘difficult’. eventually the food came and what was described as ‘garlic chips’ turned out to be shavings of potato literally about a cm long. When we asked were the garlic chips were, we were told the shavings were the chips. So frustrated we ordered a few extra rounds of roasted potatoes to be told it would take time as the chef was busy!! As we had our food in front of us, we asked if they could prioritise and at this point the owner came out and asked ‘what do you want now?’ We advised her of the issue and how the menu description was not reflective of the food we had ordered and that we would like some roasted potatoes. We were asked very rudely if we ‘wanted the food’. Again I explained and again Karen asked if we wanted the food. Again we asked for sides of roasted potatoes. Karen’s whole demeanour and attitude made us feel so uncomfortable that we decided to pay and leave and a member if our party went into the rest to ask Karen to prepare our bill. We left having felt unwelcome, by both Karen and Ben. It was made clear to us we were being difficult and the tones and demeanour of Karen left all of us feeling that we were being treated differently because of who we were. hands down the worst experience.
