Very nice unique place to stay. Felt like a welcome guest in someone's home. Richard the host was very accommodating to my needs. Highly recommended

Amazing hidden gem, beautiful food and lovely atmosphere

The food and the service were excellent. We felt very welcome and we’re given the choice of tables as there was a large party in at the same time.

One of the very best restaurants we have been to for some time. Food, ambience, service, decor etc.. all extremely good. Most interesting menu. Thanks for a really great evening. Will be saving up to visit again!

A treat as we had missed out on Valentines Day ! Very welcoming and efficient staff. We had seats by a lovely open fire in the bar and helpfully offered glasses of water as we did not wish to drink before our meal. The food was innocative, delicious and well presented with an amuse bouche of soup to start. Half bottles of wine available which was such a good idea as then we could each have the wine of our choice. A pot of good coffee was served by the fire after dinner so much nicer and more relaxed than at the table. Also, courses of the menu not taken are allowed for in the eventual price. Very helpful for smaller appetites.Altogether a most peaceful and enjoyable visit, recommended.
