I had an incredible espresso ice cream that would be my go-to if I lived in the area. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The ice cream is delicious with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The service is excellent as well. However, the price of £4.25 for each cone is quite high.
My wife creates delicious ice creams and sorbets for our restaurant. The blackcurrant flavor is exceptional, tasting like cassis and cream, and the honeycomb flavor is delightful. A visit to this place is a must. Avoid artificial whipped up hydrogenated fats and come here for genuine Devonshire ice cream.
We went to The Good Intent to get some ice creams after a meal at a restaurant nearby to find that it had already closed. The 2 people in the shop could see the devastated look on my 4 year old Grandson’s face and came rushing out to explain that they had cashed up, but they would give him a small ice cream for free. The ice cream was huge! And my grandson are the lot! We went back the following evening and had ice creams all round and some fudge which were all delicious! We will be back before the end of our holiday for more as it’s too good to miss. What fantastic customer service! I would thoroughly recommend this place!
