The Old Bakery - South Hams

Visited while on holiday and only wish that we lived closer, it was so good. nice building, good service, decent prices, but above all the food was delicious! our plates were completely deleted.

Looking for something else we saw the reviews and thought it looked interesting. when entering they can see the kitchen and fit, and the eating went out and smells delicious. we ordered dives and pitta to start, and dishes between us. all were. tasty, kartoffels were beautiful and crispy, and sardines had a nice charity. churros for the desert finished the meal beautiful. would only be improved if the waitress had a council on the order and what the specialities were. would like to return to our next visit to dartmouth

Wonderful eating, very interactive and informative staff, excellent offer of food! we have booked so well for our last night in devon. a relaxing atmosphere and attentive, but never intrusive service. an excellent selection of meat and vegetarian tapas all served at Racion...helpings eating from right over the middle sea. I recommend this restaurant.

When a restaurant is full it helps to remove the queue here signs. It also helps if the staff lowered their noses and advised people they were out of luck, or Would you like to book for tomorrow At The Old Bakery it ewass a...glance aimed at anyone foolish enough to wait. My wife eventually broke the stand-off by going to the receptionist and asking whether they were open. We're full was the response without a hint of apology or consideration. I can't somment on the food we didn't get any. And next year we shall not bother.

We made a mess of our booking (entirely our fault) but the lovely staff found us a table. The food is delicious, little dishes of absolute yummyness. Friendly, helpful staff. If we lived closer we would be regulars.
