Raika's - SOUTH HEDLAND

My Family and I had a lovely evening meal at Raikas. Cheesy Garlic bread, 2 serves with 4 slices on each was enough for 2 adults and 4 children, complimentary salad also. My Son I shared the Oysters for starters and they were delicious. My Hubby had Fish Chips (main serve) 3 pieces of Battered White Fish with a good size serve of chips his review ' Very nice, I would have it again '. I had the Fishermans Plate which is like a seafood basket: 2 battered white fish, 2 prawns, 2 sweet chilli muscles, 2 Oysters (The best I have ever tasted), 4 squid, serve of chips And complimentary salad it was Amazing! Our eldest Son (13) had Garlic Prawns and Rice as a main with complimentary salad and it was finished in a heartbeat. Our 3 young ones (8,4 2)had the Children 's Spag Bol and Carbonara a reasonable size portion and was thoroughly enjoyed, And the Child 's fish Chips was the 3rd, 1 piece of fish and good amount of chips too. Overall, whether it be with Family, Date night or with friends We would definitely go back and no hesitation to take children. The complimentary salad is a Fresh beetroot salad with dressing only, a mix of salad, a chickpea salad and a coleslaw with an array of sauces. Clean toilets, clean dining area and lovely staff who made conversation with our Family. Thankyou for a lovely Meal.

Simply Delicious spot. Love their salad bar, signature Sundaes and would highly recommend the new addition, Tom Yum Soup.

Hubby and I shared the Neptune Benedict this morning and the beetroot home cured smoked salmon was amazing. I've had many versions of this dish around Australia and overseas but this salmon was superb. This is a must try if you like any smoked fish. I'll be back next weekend!
