Service is not consistent. Many times the ice cream is not mixed properly with other ingredients we pay premium(as compared to other ice cream shops) for the churned mixed ice cream here but that main thing is not provided consistently

I tried an icecream shake here and it tasted so good. The atmosphere was friendly and I was greeted immediately when I walked in. It costs 6.99 for a Like It size and $7.99 for a Love It size.

A big shout out to Destiny who was quick, nice and professional. The girl needs help, though, for the amount of people that were in there when I visited. The ice cream at Coldstone's Creamery is ALWAYS wonderful! Thanks.....

Got there at just 8pm after family dinner to get dessert and were told they were closed. Sign on the door said open until 9pm. I could understand if we got there at 8:57 but we arrived at 8:07pm…. No explanation was given just that they were closed. Highly disappointing.

Good ice cream!!! Mine was free because they had one they made a mistake on. It was good.The whole family liked it.The staff is friendly and helpful. The store was pretty clean.
