Domino's Pizza - South Hill

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at Domino's in South Hill. They advertise a "free pizza" guarantee if they don't deliver your food within two minutes, but the timer was running inside, and they turned it off. After waiting six minutes with no food, I went inside, thinking they might have given our order to someone else. Instead, I found out they forgot to make one of our items—the bacon jalapeño stuffed cheesy bread. I smiled and asked, "Oh, so we get a free pizza then?!", but the staff member cringed and shook her head no. Honestly, I don't need any free items, but if you’re going to promote something like that, you should honor it! This experience reminded me exactly why we typically avoid this Domino's location. Finally, 16 minutes after we arrived, they brought out the missing item, and I was the only customer there!

Without a doubt, the customer service here is the best! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is prepared fresh, hot, and quickly. They were very accommodating, especially when there was a problem with the app that caused my order not to go through.

I called the restaurant twice and was put on hold both times. When the driver finally arrived, they had a bad attitude and didn’t even apologize for the significant delay. To make matters worse, there wasn’t even a fork included with my meal, and the food was nearly cold! Luckily, my workplace has utensils and a microwave. I understand that many places are short-staffed right now—I work in a similar environment—but they could have at least informed me about the delay or answered my calls. The driver could have been more courteous as well. I likely won’t be ordering from here again, and if I do decide to return, I’ll probably just opt for pick-up.

So this is the third time in two months my food has been wrong! I am tired of paying for something I don?t get! So I will not be back to this dominos and the girl at the front has no customer service skills, she is very rude and has an idc attitude! I willalso be doing their survey! I only gave them 1 because it won?t let me give them 0!!!

I've been a fan of Pizza Hut for years, but after trying the wings at Domino's, I consider myself an expert on them now.
