Contribuisci feedbackBeen here a handful of times. Every time we go to this particular location, it's always gives us an odd experience. My family and I go to Red Robin a lot! So we know what a Red Robin experience should feel like. It's usually an awesome time, that's why we prefer Red Robin as our main family restaurant and we keep coming back. But this location sucks especially this last time we went. We tried to give a shot since it was the closest one to us at the time. From the very start, the seating and greeting from the hostesses was bad. We checked in, hostess told us nonchalantly that it will be a few minutes. Didn't bother to ask us for our name or number. As more people started to roll in, they were asked for their name and number to ensure proper seating. We kindly reminded them that we had been waiting for a while and maybe they should take our name. When we did that, they responded as if we were rushing them and being rude. We just wanted to be acknowledged and give us an honest wait time. Other parties continued to walk in and get seated before us, even larger parties. Makes no sense. From now on, we would even make the extra effort to drive out further to another Red Robin location if we have to. This place will no longer get our business!
Ashley, the manager, was the BEST. She was so quick, very responsive to our needs, and was on top of the game all night. One of the best experiences I've ever had at any Red Robin I've ever been too. 5 stars isn't enough for this gem. Im on vacation from New Jersey and it was my last night here, and she made it such a great ending to my vacation!
Just so everyone knows! If u leave a review on here about this horrible site that you will get a message from the red Robyn owner and they will act like they want to help you with the issue but then do not get back to you. It's all an act and I would highly recommend not going to this red Robyn at all! And it does not even deserve a 1 star. Be prepared for horrible service, inadequate food, and if something goes wrong with your order them not taking care of the situation and possible stealing some of your food! Do NoT order the food to go!!!! They always jip you! You will not get all of your food and it will not be the same as if when u go to sit down because they know they can get away with it. I live 5 min away and have had it happen to me sooooo many times and now I will not be going back ever again!! Horrible horrible site!!!
Didn't have the best experience the last time I decided to eat here. This time was completely different. Our server Mandy herself gets five stars. She was fast and friendly. She also kept us laughing. We had everything we needed because of her. People are waking in without mask on and nobody is saying anything. We got to our table as close as we could sense these same people also don't know what it means to social distance. We sat in the bar area. The restaurant is pretty loud with the music and chatter but it's a fun atmosphere. I'd probably visit again.
Service was great, fish Chips best on S Hill, but compare my pics to their signature new burger What a joke, except they charge $16 for this mess. This is supposed to be their new Signature Tycoon Burger I would be ashamed to serve this let alone have the nerve to charge $16. $20 with tax and tip). All burger places are charging through the roof but are doing nothing to substantiate the price with quality. So disgusting. We fed it to the crows at the park and shared the fish. As a consumer we need to stand our ground on inferior products. When I got home I called the manager to give the above feedback. She was very gracious and refunded the hamburger. If more of us do this to all establishments who put out poor quality maybe they will pay more attention and up the quality.
