Subway - South Hill

The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my sandwich exactly how I requested.

The staff doesn't seem to take pride in their work; they appear to be just going through the motions, and the service is often careless and lacking attention to detail.

I usually have a great experience at this restaurant. However, during my last visit, a new staff member forgot to include my BMT in my order. It’s a small place, so I think they need to pay closer attention while preparing orders. I wasn't paying attention at the time, otherwise I would have caught the mistake. Typically, the orders have always been correct.

Subway has a great italian bmt on italian herb and cheese and the staff is very friendly I would definitely recommend it.

The gentleman is always rude and they are not real clean
