Despite obviously busy, we were soon served by workers who were friendly, and my request to switch from milk to soy, shortly before the production was filled with a pleasant smile! we could get a table without problems. the lighting was perfect and the drinks themselves were beautiful!
We just had coffee in this little caffe. there were about 4 girls who serve but the service was still quite slow. tables were not very clean and there was a long wait for the toilets.
It’s a nice Costa coffee but the criticism I have is when I was there on 31/05/24 the queue was going out of the door. They could do with more staff in there especially as it was the half term holidays. The prices of lunch there are a little on the expensive side, I mean £3.50 for a small sausage roll, really? But because the other restaurants were full in Springfields and my mother and I only wanted a sandwich or something we just came here. Coffee was really nice though, and the staff were pleasant, so it’s not off putting to come back here again.
Costa is a clean and well-maintained restaurant with friendly employees.
My wife and I visited the Costa coffee shop in Springfield. While my wife went shopping, I stayed behind as I have difficulty walking or standing for long periods of time. The shop was very busy and I couldn't wait in line, so I decided to wait outside on a bench. When my wife returned, she managed to speak with a staff member who helped us order at our table. However, I was uncomfortable having to explain my disability in order to receive assistance. The shop does have wheelchair access, but it can be difficult to navigate. Overall, Costa should reconsider their ordering process to accommodate customers with disabilities more effectively.
