Mcdonald's Restaurants - South Holland

I’ve been driving up and down the A17 for 15 years and often like a Maccies. For the third time I have driven off from here after having to wait in a bay and then find out that there’s no sauce for the nuggets or for the cheese dippers. How hard can it be? To get it wrong so often is staggering, if they don’t care about getting something so simple right what else don’t they care about……..

Used the drive-thru, had to park in the bay and wait, then they missed a whole meal! Coke was flat. We had to go in, get the missing meal and they swapped the flat cokes for flat sprite! Staff seemed to have absolutely no idea what day of the week it was, let alone what they were meant to be doing! Food was the worst ive had from any macdonalds, and to top it all off, my daughter had a pube in her chips!

Missed off part of our order and fizzy drinks weren't fizzy at all. Went round drive through but had to go back in to change the drinks.

Dont waste your time, chips were dead cold and smelt days old, unedable and they wont even pick the phone up so we can complain!!! am so unhappy

Not even sure why I go back! Food is ****, always seem to have to wait in a bay . They staff are just gormless and just don 't have a clue so it seems. How on earth these people deal in the real world ill never know. How about employing people with experience or atleast look like they want to be there?
