Mcdonald's - South Houston

Recently there has been problems with management verbally abusing customers to make them have a negative experience. They tried to stop getting refills on drinks today

Very pleasant. Nice staff. Clean lobby and restroom. Food got to us a little slower than normal but it was very good.

Historic Arches, Modern Restaurant with all the latest upgrades, including the 2 lane drive thru ordering. Also a Red Box at this location at the very back of the parking lot. Many Pokemon Go gyms and pokestops in the immediate vicinity as well.Update 2024: That was 7 years ago and nothing has changed except that there is no longer a Red Box at this location. Love the Frozen Dr Pepper!

I would have given 0 stars but that wasn’t an option.Every single time I mean EVERY single time I go to this McDonald’s on College st.In South Houston they always get my food wrong either it’s wrong or I don’t get part of what I ordered.A few different times I ordered a Big Mac with no meat it even shows it on the receipt no meat extra cheese but when they bring it to me it has 3 pieces of meat and no cheese.SMH

Could give me a small bag of ice for my son after he injured his hip. Because there was no button. Poor poor
