Beans And Brews - South Jordan

Today, after we placed our order at the drive-thru, we overheard an employee complaining because she forgot to turn off her mic. She was quite unfriendly, which led us not to leave a tip, and that seemed to bother her. She didn't say another word after that, even when we thanked her for preparing our drinks and food. To make matters worse, when my husband took a bite of his sandwich, the center was still frozen—this has been happening more frequently at this location.

The staff at this location often have poor attitudes and frequently forget to add espresso shots and dairy substitutes, even though they make sure to charge for them each time. If you order a muffin, you might receive it while it's still frozen. While Beans and Brews as a company is excellent, I would recommend avoiding this particular location at the District.

Yesterday around 6:45 PM, a man walked into the store to place an order, but the baristas were nowhere to be found. He waited at the counter for a few minutes after the door alarm went off and then asked me if the employees were around. He even walked to the front and called out for them, but there was no response. After waiting a little longer, I suggested that he might have better luck using the drive-thru. As soon as he left and drove around, the two baristas finally came up to the front. I understand that they might not hear the door alarm while working in the back, but there should definitely be some sort of bell or camera at the front, as both the man and I had no way to get their attention. I felt really bad for him.

Used to be a super fan of this coffee. The dine in areas are always great for me, decorations, lights, quiet, some of the restaurants have table games which my son loves! BUT... lately coffee has a taste to dirty water so to speak. Maybe just water but is not this lovely coffee taste.. I hope there is something they can do to improve it

10/10 best place yet! Brayden , maddy , and many others are the absolute best! I love them all. Great atmosphere. Always having a good laugh with these people .
