Waiter claimed the cook if that 's what you call it, only made 1 dish at a time. Only thing good was the onion rings. They served my wife 1st, about 15 minutes later, they served my wings, problem is I ordered BONELESS, but they served bone-in......I was almost done, when they finally served my daughter in law... 2 freaking hot dogs!!!!. Her fries were cold...An hour 10 minutes after we walked in, they FINALLY served my step son, a cold chicken sandwich. We just took it back to our hotel. He said it was not good. Overall , the service was about the worst ever. I do not recommend wasting your time or spending your money here. Mentioned our experience to the hotel manager next door, she said this was not the first time she has heard complaints about Buffalo Wild Wings, and we were the second tonight. I won 't be back
I usually refrain from leaving one star review to a business, specially restaurants. But this was our third experience in three months of declining service of BWW. We were told to wait 30 minutes for 4 customers when the restaurant was filled less than 25%. The receptionist was not friendly and not welcoming. Seemed like she was forced to work there. After 30 minutes, she went to clean a table to which was empty for last 25 minutes and asked us to sit there. Table was kind of clean but chairs were dirty. One had water spilled on it and another had food all over. We called her to clean it. She was apologetic and cleaned it but those chairs were still damp and not good enough to sit. So, we changed those chairs with nearby empty chair by ourselves. Our server came but seemed like he was ready to go home soon and in a hurry. We had to remind him what was ordered. Funny thing was that the last call for Beer was at 8 pm on Friday night. We had to eat our hot wings with water. This place used to be our to go place in the weekend. I don't think we will return again. On the way out we talked to another family and they had the same experience. They were also disappointed how this location's service is declining day by day.
Who’s the manager here? Who is the business owner? Or the franchise owner? I will never come back to this location again, 90% of the restaurant empty on a Saturday Afternoon 6:30pm, one of the hosts yelling not talking, but screaming to everyone “we are not taking orders for the next two hours, you can all leave, you cannot be here at the lobby” well, that’s customer service 101 I’ll even pay the course to teach and train everyone there, there was no one at the restaurants, servers walking around talking and laughing, and we customers waiting to be helped by employees. Why to have a restaurant if you are not able to serve customers, how do you do business? Well!!! You have to put ORDER!!! Why not taking orders on a Saturday afternoon where hundreds of dollars could’ve been spent, we were going to expend almost $1000 dollars!!! We are all very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service here!!!! Not recommending anyone or everyone in the Buffalo Wild Wings in Riverton!!!
Worst location in town. Nobody is there and they tell you it’s a 30 min wait. Not because they are busy but because they have no employees or managers. Been going here for years. Last six months it has gotten worse and worse. We will not be going back we drive across town to the other location. Food and experience is horrible. Corporate should shutter this location.
Ordered food online and had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my food to get cooked. While waiting I had a drink at the bar the bar tender was wonderful. After my long wait my food was done but they forgot my drink. Didn’t care much because the bartender was nice and didn’t want to cause trouble.I took it home to find out that they gave me boneless wings in the wrong flavor when I ordered traditional and no one answered my calls. I would rather go to bed hungry than try to eat here again.
