The service is not super great and many manager level people are highly passive aggressive to both customers and employees. Why waste a great location with not great service? Would not super recommend.
I was first introduced to Zupas in Arizona by my cousin. I loved it! So visiting my daughter in Utah it was a must have for me. I am very disappointed. I tried turkey cranberry panini. It was supposed to have microgreens on it. There were like 3 sad little sprigs of something green. My mushroom soup was the bottom of the barrel and was luke warm by the time I sat down to eat it. Lastly, could they have picked any smaller sadder chocolate strawberry to give me??
I just went with some friends and we had a very large and complicated order. The young man helping us was incredible. I think his name was Logan! He was so kind and very patient and got every single detail right!!! Amazing experience!
Delicious and well serve. I love it. Just two small things to go: the tables weren't prepared yet though they have customers ready to eat. Possibly they need to hire someone. Also my portion of soup was small. I saw other customers bowls and I felt jealous I was almost to ask for a small bowl of soup to go just to compensate my frustration but I was full. But I don't feel regret because it was so yummy. Oh!, and the caramel salty creme brulee was so good, decadent... I'll go next time with my family
This specific location in the district has been running behind (which is fine, covid, staff shortage, whatever), but when you can’t take accountability that you’re behind and still give decent customer service, thats where the problem lies. I placed a mobile order for my husband to pick up, he got there 5 mins later than the supposed pick up time the order wasn’t ready. When he asked the employee about the order, they told him he needs to stand in line like everyone else, even if it’s a mobile order. If that is truly the case, UPDATE YOUR MOBILE ORDERING because it literally says, SKIP THE LINE. And also, don’t be rude that people expected their order to be ready by the time they got there as that’s what was promised. Peoples time is valuable.
