Chick-fil-a - South Jordan

I was so happy with our order tonight. My husband and I usually arrange through Door Dash, but they always forget the Jalapeño Salsa. We ordered dinner tonight and I called the store and had the pleasure of talking to Carter, he showed perfect phone productions and customer service. I asked if he could add the jalapeño salsa to my order as it was not an option on the app. He didn't disappoint. I called the store again to compile it to the manager and apparently he's a manager... lucky business. I was impressed. Great service!

Wonderful customer service, always, always, always. They aim to please every time I've visited. The frosted drinks are refreshing. The chicken salad sandwich was my favorite. Please bring it back to the menu items available for purchase!

Service is still a problem. Git t lemonade and waited for food order. No straw. I still have the cards from last year fir free things after salad was wrong 7 times. They are nice at both owner owned stores bur do NOT leave with out checking that they got it all and it is right .

The staff here are genuinely the friendliest, and the food is fantastic too. I rushed into the restaurant today for some chicken nuggets and ended up awkwardly half-in, half-out the door. I managed to squeeze my ankles through while trying to maintain my dignity. A huge shoutout to the workers who kindly brought me an ice cream for my hand while I enjoyed my meal. You guys are the best!

The best staff ever! My husband and I arrived just before closing, and I was worried they might rush us out, but they kindly let us stay for 15 minutes after closing and even offered us a free cookie! Carter really stood out for being friendly and attentive. This has become my new favorite location, and it's definitely one of my top fast food spots!
