Always good food. This store was quick and efficient as well.
My curbside order was missing ALL three of my large waffle fries. Long story short they would only give me a brownie or a free breakfast item card after leaving my 16yo birthday party and driving back. I asked for a sandwich instead and they refused. Neither of the 2 “managers” would budge after much discussion. This is very disappointing. Zero stars for customer service. And to boot the didn’t tell me the free item card was only for breakfast items… useless to me.
I dined at this Chick Fil A back in Jan 2024. Chick Fil A is yummy. But I had fumbled and left my wallet here, which had my passport, debit card, and EVERYTHING in it. I had no idea where I lost it, but then I got a message from the manager on Facebook saying she would keep it in the safe for me. Brighton (the manager) went ABOVE and BEYOND for me and was quite literally a lifesaver. She actually took the time to look me up on Facebook and go out of her way to help me. I owe you one! The people at this specific location are amazing. Thank you!
I found an old coupon for here and when I went in I was told they no longer honor paper coupons. Well it is your pleasure to not honor your own coupon. I hate companies that don’t honor their obligations. Put an expiration date on it or don’t hand it out if you won’t honor it. I didn’t print it. How much money are you losing by honoring your own vouchers. Soured me. Many other good restaurants out there.
