Chipotle Mexican Grill - South Jordan

The chicken bowl tasted like the chicken came right out of a salt bath. It was unbelievably salty. I don’t think they followed the recipe.

The food tasted good but the portions.. oh my good God. They are just trying to stiff you of the 15 dollars you spend on a burrito bowl!! Disrespectful to my face. Amazed of the tiny portion sizes here at this location.

My husband and I went in a couple nights ago. The employees were so kind, friendly, and smiling. Daniel went above and beyond with his customer service! He helped us pick some new things to try and it was all phenomenal. Fresh, delicious, fully stocked food even though it was late at night. We definitely be back to this location.

This was actually the location in herriman me and three other customer sat for 10 min waiting while there was 5 people behind the counter two girls were helping at the registrar.But the three boys just sat and walked around looking at us multiple times as we just sat there not getting any help. Then when the girls were done they finally came down to help us which there was three other people who could have helped plus the worst service.Then because the girls were flustered trying to catch up cause the boys were not helping she did a terrible job making my burrito it was so small compared to normal. you could tell she wasn’t paying attention and rushing through it.all though she should have done it right. I could tell she was flustered and needed help.That’s should not have happened for having 5 people behind the counter and 3-4 people in line waitingThis was the herriman.So I got half of a normal size burrito and waited three times as long when there were more people on Duty than normal.I will never eat there again

I keep coming here because sometimes you just want a quick simple meal, but you kind of have to prepare yourself for the inevitable.While ordering online, 4 times out of 5 something is either wrong, missing, amiss, or laughable.Just now I ordered a chicken burrito bowl, which has a base of rice and beans. There was next to no rice, and the chicken was Carne asada. I had ordered extra vegetables, and it looks like they instead went light on the vegetables. I ordered guacamole, and there was a big scoop of it which was nice, but since so much was missing, there wasn't much to eat it with.It's like they either don't look at the order, or they run out of stuff and improvise while hoping people either don't notice or just don't say anything.It's more of a surprise when there's nothing wrong than the other way around.
