Contribuisci feedbackMost of the time this Jamba juice Is on it. Not a terrible wait. Helpful if you have questions. Great flavors mixed right. No indoor seating and no restrooms. Great for grab and go. You don't have to go hone but, you can't stay and eat it here.
Sure miss the good old days of watching them give the extra shake in the little cups for you take. specially seeing as i can spend 20 dollars on 2 drinks and a tip is expected for scooping a few things out of the freezer . drink flavors are great butthats all this place has going for it now . its over priced like crazy . for me, purely gets me to return with nostalgia forCaribbean Passion when its was zuka juice.
I have tried to order several times from this location in the last month. the first time I bought after the food business, there was a sign that they only took cash. I don't wear money, so good. no jamba. Today I tried to order the delivery on their no dirty dishes free day promo. I have commanded one who said they were great, but when the driver came there, they had canceled the order without telling us both. they say they have called the number on the command and it didn't work, but strangely, that's the number I called them to ask why my door lock driver couldn't find the command. so the number my door Dash driver is called and texted (which came from the order. I checked the information correctly in the Jamba app, so someone must have abused and not tried again? in any case there are obviously smoothies in the app that they do not actually wear and they will cancel their order if they are unhappy enough to choose one of them (so I hope they have their current menu remembrance
They removed many things that I enjoyed off the menu due to lack of ingredients
I ordered Jamba Juice from door dash. There were not options available to switch out the serbert for Greek yogurt. I called the store to adjust the order and no one answered. After trying to get a hold of them for 30 min (just kept ringing), a male (with accent) finally answered. I told him I wanted to adjust the order. He said no because the order was already made. I am allergic to serbert. I tried to explain that I had been trying to get a hold of the store for 30 min. He said “I know I’ve been busy”. He knew I was calling and decided not to answer. I understand what it’s like to be busy. I am a nurse who works in a hospital, frontline of the pandemic. Yet, I still tend to all of my patients. Without even getting a chance to explain my allergy (or to add an energy shot), he said “it will be runny” then he hung up on me. Considering I am a single mother undergoing a custody battle of domestic violence, this was my one reward to myself after a long hard week. So the fact that I paid money to Jamba Juice and door dash really upsets me. I love Jamba Juice but this was an awful experience. Now I can’t even drink my drink.
