Subway - South Jordan

We were disappointed with the amount of meat on our sandwich at this location compared to a previous visit. The staff member made assumptions about our order and only included a few small pieces of chicken. When questioned, he claimed he had followed the specifications but was unapologetic and rude. We visited another Subway location and received a completely different amount of meat on the same sandwich. The staff here seemed disinterested and the portion shown to us did not match what was actually on our bread. Overall, we were not satisfied with the service or the sandwich preparation at this location.

Was in a crunch for time at lunch getting sine necessities. The spinach obviously hadn't been rinsed and had actual dirt on the top leaves. The lettuce bin had moldy lettuce on the inside and the banana peppers were writhed with stems. When brought up to the employee (in hopes I could get items that are fresh he merely took off the top items and continued about his business.

Horrible customer service. The kid was extremely rude and passive-aggressive. Didn't even make my sandwich right, and he overcharged me. Don't promote him nor go to this location!!!

I stopped at this restaurant off the highway to get some gas and picked up a couple of sandwiches through the app. About 40 minutes later, I opened one of them only to realize it was completely incorrect. When I reached out to the store, I was informed that I would need to return the wrong sandwiches in order to receive a refund. The service was terrible and the customer service response was also disappointing. I would recommend avoiding this location.

I wish I could leave a negative review. The person working at the restaurant tonight didn't know how much meat to put on the sandwiches. They only put one scoop on a footlong sandwich and it didn't even cover the whole sandwich. I definitely feel like I overpaid and think that someone should be retrained.
