I was thrown off to take a drink, went to the lobby and was only told with the drive thru or app. When I was thrown off without a car, I went to drive thru and was rejected by the lady standing outside, orders on her iPad. I did not want to download an app for a 1 time fast purchase. Not sure why they make it so hard for a walk in the transaction (or why do they even have a lobby??
The drinks are great! Sometimes I get a taste that exaggerates the others, but that's okay The lines can be long, but normally they go very fast
When I heard about the Soda in Utah, I made myself try Swig on a last trip to Salt Lake City. I had the riptide along with some mini chocolate chip cookies. The combo was a delicious afternoon treatment. Customer service was confusing and less than stellar.
Okay, you have the best group of teenagers. They are so polite and friendly compared to other locations. My only complaint that I've had this since the encoding that you were cheating on your cups and lids. Every time I drink or a child, use the terrible inverted lids that spill over my car if either I'm my child trying to put a straw in it. Either invest in better lids or do not fill these cups as full. Also the new styrofoam you use for the larger cups are so flimsy and thin they break easily. I've had too many shakings in my car since you've changed. I understand supply chain problems, but your competitors twisted sugar securely gets it with quality cups.
I have loved Swig and I have been a reoccurring customer, but lately they keep forgetting our strawberry pearls we ask for and pay for and they do nothing to refund us our money or to make it right. I have sent requests via their app, and nothing is done about those either. Sadly, we have decided to take a Swig back for a while since we can not seem to our order prepared correctly.
