Contribuisci feedbackDuring my last visit to the restaurant, I placed my order but soon realized I'd forgotten my wallet at home. I felt so embarrassed! The manager generously covered my meal using the monthly budget they have for such situations. Later, I returned to settle the bill, but she insisted that I didn't need to pay. It was a really kind gesture.
Aside from my large fries actually being a medium and not fresh, everything else was fine. Having worked in fast food myself, I'm pretty certain I received the leftovers from the fry bin, and it seemed like the staff were too lazy to cook more. I would have gladly waited for fresh fries since I was literally the only car there.
This is the Wendy's closest to me, and I really enjoy going there. It usually delivers a good experience, but today was extraordinary. The woman at the drive-thru was friendly and quite pleasant. The food was fresher than I've ever had at Wendy's. Kudos to the team for such a fantastic experience!
Gentleman Pedro was incredibly kind and attentive to every detail, especially since my son has special needs and ordering can be challenging. When my son inquired about a strawberry frosty, he generously provided him with a small one. Overall, we had an excellent experience today, and the food was very good!
The food is good but the people who work here are SO rude every time. I?m not expecting anything crazy? just basic courtesy. It?s gotten to the point where we will drive to a different Wendy?s further away to have a better experience.
