The welcome is lovely as is the restaurant. The food is good but not outstanding. Starters just poppadoms with pickle tray, the mango chutney was disappointing and the price of the pickle tray is ridiculous. We shared three main dishes and plenty of sides between the 4 of us and the portions are generous. Can not fault food it’s just good. This is definitely the place to eat on Wednesday/Sunday when they have their offer price on.

I came for an evening meal here and the restaurant overall is very nice. The interior is charming and we were seated right next to a big window with lovely views of the river. Staff were kind and courteous, food took a little long to get to the table and the restaurant was fairly empty but it tasted nice and authentic. I would come back here again.

I try to visit this restaurant every 4 to 6 weeks and I am never disappointed. The food is fantastic and the service is even better - they always go above and beyond. Overall, it is definitely worth a visit.

I went to this restaurant with a group of friends. They offer a fixed menu for £12.95. The starters had a decent selection but were only average in taste. I ordered the chicken chat masala, but unfortunately, the chicken was so tough that it was inedible. I made a complaint, but there was no effort made to compensate us in any way. I would not choose to dine here again.

Wednesday Night Special £11.95 Basically everything you would want from an Indian Restaurant. Beautiful food. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Lovely, homely and local feeling atmosphere. Very well priced. Great!
