Burger King - South Kingstown

Ordered free nuggets and purchased 8 more. Asked for 6 sweet n sour dip. I was charged $1.25. I questioned it. I was told you get 2 for each order. So I should be getting 4 free for my 2 orders and pay only for 2. I was told I'd just get them then but I was charged for 2..not a good trip this time.

You really need to clean the window at the drive-thru. It is filthy and covered with fingerprints

Not wheelchair accessible, despite having asked the management several times to move the trashcan that blocks the entrance between the door and the ramp.The ground is always littered with cigarette butts and the employees, a constant rotating door of them, are always outside smoking right next to the exit.Have offered constructive feedback to management several times, and always disrespectfully disregarded.Very, very disappointed.

There was no line, no waiting yet whom ever was working at the drive through decided to not respond. So I drove up to the second window where he was just staring up at the monitors. I feel as though this was deliberate to **** me off, which worked. And it's reasons like this is why BK isn't doing as well as it's neighbor McDonald's.This was today 8/09/2023 7:23pm
