Stumbled across the new Burn City pop-up the Grand Hyatt Melbourne it was amazing. Beautifully smoked meats (short rib chicken were incredible), amazing service in a great location. Look out for the red cow!

Great tasting beef ribs nice pink ring around the edges, had great pepper crust and melting tenderness, very flavourful dont know about the little carrot slices that it came with lol that was just decoration I guess but the beef was beautiful on its own
