Burger King - South Kitchener

The restaurant always provided poor service, with unfriendly staff who rarely smiled and struggled to communicate in English. The food was poorly made and of low quality. I'm not sad to see it close down to make room for the new bus terminal. Hopefully, the employees will find better job opportunities.

I stop here on Whopper Wednesdays. This week it was busy. I placed my order and like most times they don't understand it. Two Whoppers, no may on both. One with only tomato and relish. We don't have relish. What? No relish on a burger, are you serious. Just tomato then and no onion. On the other burger the works,; but remember no mayo. So I get home and what do I see. One burger with mayo, one without one with onion one without. Not worth the price if you go there other than whopper Wednesday.

Had the chicken sandwich special. It was special alright. Yuck. This has to be the worst food in kw. Not sure how this place survives? Not sure what made me stop but definitely never again

I'm sorry to say that this place was not very clean, out of supplies like straws, napkins etc. With one person in front of us who was having a credit card problem, it took us over 15 minutes to order and receive our food. The original chicken sandwich was cold, the bun was stale and if there was lettuce and dressing on there it must have soaked into the bun. My wife's meal was just as unappetizing. Some guy was pretending to be a cook while standing there with his hands over his head yelling, yay, only two more hours in this dump....how nice!! We were still waiting for our food. This unfortunately is not the first time this has happened there but it will be the last. They need to teach these kids that work in there how to deal with people and how to keep the place clean.

I returned to the restaurant after they hired more staff, but it was a mistake. I would give them zero stars if I could.
