Would not recommend coming here for watching games or trying to support your own team outright. Unless you want to get kicked out for supporting your own team. Exp. Includes clapping, yelling, any sort of cheering for your team. They called security guards on us saying we flipped off the bartenders or other customers. The owner reading this can look between 4:30pm to 7:15pm 10/6 (we didn’t flip off any one off tell we got asked to leave over false accusations) or cause a problems. We know all your business has cameras. We didn’t cause any disrespect to any bartender or costumer and got asked to leave over clapping at the 49ers. I can say the bartender P was amazing gave us chargers and everything we needed he was 10/10 service. (P is the only good bartender there and one younger guy that’s there earlier in the day) Prices are high, would recommend coming to mcps tap house and brew way better environment and everything. Bartenders are amazing
Love the vibe, esp live music on a Th night. Beer selection is on point as well as the food they offer. Outdoor arrangement provides space for kiddos and very dog-friendly! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Swarms of gnats everywhere and no fans or air circulation indoors. Beer was not special. Street parking only. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
If you enjoy staying in a room with no AC, smell of bleach, drunk loud college kids, and terrible customer service (Stephanie was a rockstar and the only person we dealt with who was very helpful) then this is your place. The two guys we spoke with over the phone really need to work on their customer service skills. Seriously don 't be fooled by the branding or photos. Do yourself a favor and find a new spot, and the pizza place is definitely decent but wouldn 't say the best would not recommend this hotel to anyone I cared about.
NO A/C in 90+ degree weather....! Super noisy location, and urine smelling hallway. We stayed in The Great Indoors tented room, which made it even hotter without A/C. Stephanie was super wonderful, and loved her warmth, energy, knowledge and she simply deserves a raise and promotion to manager or higher.I have to say that our experience was really spoiled by Matthew (one of the general managers being rude on the phone initially, and then again during our stay. We booked this hotel purely because of its location to the 4th July fireworks on the beach behind, and daily use of the beach. at check-in, Stephanie offered us 4 beach passes as she knew we were going to be out all day on the 4th July and would have missed the window that day. We only took 2, and then of course needed 2 more for the 4th. I called Basecamp and spoke with Matthew. He talked to me as if I was irritating him with my question, and told me straight out that I 'm lucky to be given two, as they don 't have to give them to every guest, and I should be thankful. His tone said it all. Then we proceeded to have a 'text-battle ' about who 's right (I confirmed this with the beach manager BTW.. and eventually Cameron the Manger stepped in to say that we can. It took a great deal of energy and was so negative, that we then proceeded to really dislike our time there. It put such a negative spin on this expensive experience. The group of girls below had guys over too, which resulted in us living above a frat house which I had to go and shut up 4 separate times. There 's nobody in the office after 10pm, so it 's a free for all. Sorry t rant here, but even the food in the restaurant attached to Basecamp was terrible! Expensive and bad! No no no...we will not be back here, and will not ever stay at a Basecamp again due to all of this. I do want to finish, once again singing Stephanie 's praises, as she was an absolute gem. Thanks.
