I prefer mine less sweet, so I opted for a simple hot chocolate which was perfect - not overly sweet and tasted like real chocolate. It was nice and hot (although it did cool down quickly). The rest of the menu looks fantastic and the handmade chocolate shop is definitely worth checking out.
Come for the chocolate, stay for the fondue! They make a few fine chocolates in Choco-Lori. not only the usual truffles and chocolate creams. aircraft, trains, cars, dogs, cats, Christmas trees. they make many dinge. canned fruits, marchmallows, brazilnüsse. I could go on. more important is the caffe in the back. they make a great hot chocolate. order one of them in a taste of their choice and order a chocolate fondue while they are on it and they cannot go wrong, especially on a cold day. I'll add that. the people who work there are not the most chipper. Maybe they were too much chocolate to find more joy in it. Do not let them stop visiting them when they are in Grange-Over-Sands and they like their chocolate.
The chocolate night tea at this restaurant is absolutely stunning! A chocoholic's dream come true, but also balanced enough for everyone to enjoy. The brioche sandwich was incredibly tasty, just like everything else we tried. Surprisingly, the tea was the standout star of the meal. Overall, a wonderful dining experience.
Chocolate afternoon tea for two is a must! a Chocoholiker dream! I would say an ideal place for children birthday parties or bachelor parties. Thank you!
Sat in the cafe and was rely happy with the food we were served with. Banoffee waffles to die for and the kids enjoyed the fondue sharer. If you are passing through to get to the Lakes I highly recommend paying them a visit.
