We both ordered the haddock with chips and mushy peas, adding a delicious starter to share. It was truly the best meal I've ever had. For dessert, we both had sorbets and enjoyed a few drinks along with a refreshing aperitif. The total came to nearly £50. I highly recommend this restaurant and suggest making a reservation for dinner, as they have limited availability.
Enjoy an evening meal at the kamin. a mixture of vegetarian and meat dishes were cooked to perfection and unstoppable presented. of what appeared as an inconceivable traditional pub, we were surprised by the upmarket menu and general experience. very tasty and would recommend to all.
On Sunday afternoon with two friends and a beautiful meal. it was a wet and miserable day outside and was so nice to see open fire. we had luck sitting close to us, who soon warmed us up. the dog has certainly been happy to lie at the fire place. friendly and relaxed service and we all had the Sunday roast beef, which was excellent followed by the cheese biscuits.
Had a fantastic meal here and most dinge gluten-free, which was great for me. Husband son said that beer is there. nice friendly staff and beautiful old pub with open fire. compliments to the cook, the meal was simply amazing.
The restaurant serves delicious food that is cooked and presented nicely at affordable prices. Both the appetizers and main dishes were tasty. It has a traditional and cozy atmosphere, with log fires and friendly staff.
