Thrown together sandwich Way too many pickles 7 s&s sauce for a 10 piece (thanks but that 's why prices keep going up, handouts! Forgot a sandwich Took 12 minutes in the drive through (should never be over 5, 2-3 is ideal Subpar service, drive through attendant should never say is that all? And they said It 6 times

Terrible, sat in the drive thru line while they took orders for 5 cars in the opposite lane , we had to pull away and go inside to order, the service inside was no better, unacceptable !!!!!!!!! Where’s the manager on duty, Come on now, get it together Lockport McDonalds

This place used to be the best place with any kid wanted to be back then now it look like a bunch of zombies in a mobile app order to get your food bring back the old clown Ronald

The service was exceptional given how busy it was. The staff were very friendly
