Papa Johns - South Lyon

I usually like papa john’s, but how late and with this order had missing pizza. the works had all the ingredients in full, except the sauce that was almost unavailable. made for a very dry pizza also with all the other toppings. can give another try, but not eat lately.

If a basic chick was a pizza this would be it.Crust is bland and bready. Explains why they give garlic dip with every pizza.Cashier wouldn’t honor a coupon that was right on the counter.

The management staff of this pizza establishment are very polite and were extremely helpful.

I gave them 4 stars only because we ordered their new, New York style pizza, and it's not NY style at all. The pizza we had was cut into 8 pieces, not 6. NY style pizza is normally cut into 6 slices so they are large enough to be foldable. Unless my 8 slice pizza was a mistake, they aren't doing NY style pizza. Other than that, the pizzas we ordered were alright. I've had better at other local pizzerias.

Frustrating at every step. This time they can 't get the address right until I repeat it several times (last time they couldn 't find the house , I wonder why? . The delivery driver does not receive my simple instructions, I call to have it corrected and apparently they can 't reach the delivery driver as it 's now ten? fifteen? minutes later. This goes on for some time, I call a third time and I have to explain the same simple issue twice... then I 'm put on hold, and a few minutes later I 'm transferred back to the front with the same issue still persisting the driver is still knocking and ringing. I didn 't want to be interrupted and I 'm currently indisposed that 's why I scheduled a no contact delivery but I am beyond interrupted at this point, so I just give up and handle it myself. Not a single part of this went smoothly...
