I’ve never had a negative experience here, and the employees are all so wonderful and engaging. This is the closest and the best Starbucks to my house, and I will continue to come here!
As a disgruntled customer, I have visited this location multiple times and unfortunately witnessed a decline in its quality since its opening. While it's understandable for a new store to have some initial issues, this store continues to be chaotic and has now reached a point of being out of control, as was evident during my recent visit. I patiently waited for 45 minutes for an order that I had placed at the register. When I inquired about my order, the staff seemed clueless and had to ask me what I had ordered before remaking it. It was clear that they lacked the ability to handle pressure and were disorganized.While there are a few employees with positive attitudes who are still learning the ropes, there are others who clearly do not want to be there and make it evident to customers. My advice to management would be to ensure that your employees acknowledge and engage with customers. Additionally, it is crucial to replace the employees who spend their time on their phones, only socializing with their coworkers, and delivering suparb work. Starbucks, please tighten up your operations. It's truly disheartening to witness such a decline.Lastly, fill the drinks to the brim. Jesus! We are paying a significant amount, around eight dollars, for a large drink, and it is only fair to receive the full amount we paid for. During my 45 minutes of waiting, I was astounded by the number of drinks that were being thrown out on the counter, filled only 3/4 of the way. Please address this issue and ensure that customers receive their full portions.
Waiting on line for coffee for a half hour with 3 people working behind the counter and only 3 people ahead of me. Give me a break!

Ever since their staff and management changed, their customer service completely went downhill. They are rude and impatient and go out of their way to do as little as possible. It's like they intentionally try to make the minimum money they can. If you want to pay with the app or a gift card, or even buy gift cards for that matter, they act like it's the biggest inconvenience ever, even when they arent busy. I tried to purchase 4 gift cards and they told me it was impossible, they can't process that many, and they were only trying to help me keep my card from being declined. Granted if this was true, there are many ways this could be solved (pay with cash, use different credit cards, etc) but it was clear they did not even want to make an effort. I went up the road to New Hudson Starbucks and they completed my transaction fast and with a smile.
