Publix is by far the worst place to buy meat, every time I buy churrasco (vacio) from here I end up disappointed and taken advantage of. 2 pounds at $16/lbs turns into 1 pound of edible meat. Of course they put the pretty side up. If you are going to use these disingenuous tactics, at least put the waste part up. It seems all of the big chains do this but no one is as bad as Publix. No longer buying from here, wild fork and Gracianos have way better meat for way cheaper prices. Winn Dixie and fresco is my 2nd option. The picture is the waste of a $29 dollar pack of bottom sirloin.. comes out to just under 1 pound. Unbelievable. You got two stairs for your bogos and the store presentation. Advice on management: The focus should be attracting the customers via the quality of the meats, not the BOGO’s. retrain your butchers and don’t be so petty, like many people, the most important part of the meal is always the meat, we buy the sides and condiments anywhere.
They need to put a nicer person at the customer service who knows how to smile and more helpful, I cash in my scratch ticket and at the same time I want to purchase the box of croissants that i got from the bakery and that lady Pat told me to go to the next register because that register is only for lottery. I can’t believe that she cannot just ring one item and have me go on another line when I already went on line to cash in my ticket. Please tell that lady Pat to be more considerate!
I always enjoy going to Publix. Great quality and variety.

Everything very clean and functional
