Panera - South Miami

Love Panera and the product they serve, but this particular Panera is missing professionalism, sense of urgency, and customer service. Staff seem a bit unmotivated and doesn't seem like there is a leader guiding the staff. I wouldn't recommend this one for future visits. If staffing changes, then it would get a 5 star.

Whoever wrote has tons of parking lied, such a huge lie. Parking there is an entire mission.

As always Panera never failing to comply with their famous and delicious paninis, salads and baked good. Have been a frequent customer of this location and I can honestly say that up until now I have never had a negative experience. I will continue to go back and enjoy their great tasting food.

Love Panera. Especially since it's a fast healthy food option.

Always eat here. A rewards member because of it. Got invited to a tasting event today. Awesome additions to the menu. I highly recommend the Goddess salad. Its scrumptious. Their customer service goes above and beyond, and I even got to make a baguette. I love Panera. Definitely recommend it for tasty healthy food. And they plan to be going completely Clean .. I 'm excited.
