Sim Sushi Tapas - South Miami

I've been a regular at this restaurant since it opened. The food was always excellent, but now it's just good. They've altered their drink selection and changed the menu, resulting in a gradual decline in quality. It's disappointing because it used to be fantastic, but I've noticed different staff, so perhaps management has changed.

The food was delicious, but the portion sizes seemed small for the price.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, showing genuine care for their customers. While the food was slightly salty, it was still of good quality. It may be a bit on the pricey side, but that's common these days. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

My server Leidy was the best!! she was super helpful when we were deciding what to order. the wagyu sliders were the best i have ever had in my life. the rolls were tasteful and fresh. will definitely be coming again

While they advertise an experience with all tapas 50% off on Tuesdays, that is not the case. When the bill came none of the tapas were discounted and when we asked we were told only two of the tapas we ordered were actually 50%. We actually liked this place a lot and the server is always the sweetest. This last visit was disappointing. They should not promote an experience on open table if they are not going to honor it.
