Costa Coffee - South Norfolk

Not quite up to the normal high Costa standards as both a cortado and flat white fell somewhat short of what I'd expect. Both were a tad too cold and the milk wasn't foamed to perfection. The real let down was the loo it needed a darned good clean!

The store is filthy,no one clearing the floor after children eating for over 1 hour even though the staff were told!!! Disgraceful

This is one of the nicest Costa's I've been in. Nice atmosphere and decor. We had a flat white, a latte and a teacake. Good friendly service.

Popped here to try the summer drinks menu on a hot Saturday. Orders were taken relatively quickly, but the service slower than expected. This was down to the barrista throwing my order slip away and skipping to the customer after me. It was understandable as who would have expected 2 ruby chocolate drinks in a row. Many apologies and I got my order and enjoyed it even more due to the wait.

I’m not a Costa type of person but while visiting friend in diss we decided to pop in. It was extremely busy but the queue was going down quick! We were served on the till by a lovely welsh lady who recommended the lemon tart and muffin which was delicious!! Our coffees were made by a lovely young man with long hair and he and the welsh lady had a good rapport between them. After we had sat down the welsh lady was clearing and cleaning tables and boy can she move!!! Even though she was really busy she took the time to check that our purchases were ok and that we were happy and if we needed anything just ask! I’ve been in other Costa before but the Staff in this branch are so lovely and helpful and I’ll definitely be visiting again! Can’t speak highly enough of the amazing welsh lady!!
