Imperial Wok - South Norfolk

This restaurant in Diss is hands down the best Chinese food around. The portions are generous, the service is quick, and the menu is extensive. We visit 2-3 times a month and have never been disappointed.

I cannot comment on the delivery service as we opted to pick up our food, but the quality of the food was excellent! We ordered roast pork curry, a tofu dish, and sweet and sour chicken. The main dishes and the rice were prepared using traditional recipes and were cooked perfectly, with high-quality ingredients. We were pleased to find that there was no cheap, powdery curry sauce like what is often found in many restaurants these days. We enjoyed our meal last night and even received complimentary spring rolls this morning. We will definitely be returning as regular customers in the future.

I have been a collect customer for the last couple of months. I have rung my order through and picked up at the time given when ordering. Food hot and consistently good quality. Revised opinion. Can’t speak for delivery but i can live with a few miles drive to get good grub.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this restaurant. It took two hours for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, the food was cold and the chicken balls were overcooked and unpleasantly chewy. The portion size was so small that it wouldn't even be enough to satisfy a dog.

Ordered delivery when opened 17:00hrs, almost 2hrs later appeared to have forgotten order ... called to see when order would arrive? Rudely told to wait Up to an hour more. Given option to wait, no refund for inconvenience or cancel. Poor RUDE management. Best Chinese takeaway in Diss my foot... another disappointment being run it to ground, staff quitting, no PPE. Can foresee another new management sign up soon.
