Oakland Terrace - South Norfolk

This is the second week in a row that I have gone to Eggful for breakfast, and once again the food was delicious. Unfortunately, we had to complain about the bacon, as it tasted off and was a strange color. The replacement bacon we received was much better, but the initial experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant.

Visited with a friend for a pick up and an breakfast, had spoken this place, so we thought it would go. the location is beautiful (within the hotel,) the ambiente is also decent. the menu was quite varied, but dear God... how expensive is it for a place that lists itself as barcafé place? would I come back? only if I paid my mortgage.

For Sunday dinner, eat very dirty, service horrific ordered a second glass wein, never showed up. three members when the staff spoke while we waited for the wee. the owner also owns the restaurant the east hills in brundall. on the basis of our experience we would certainly not visit this facility. probably the worst Sunday dinner we had in the opposite. never again.

We really enjoy coming to this restaurant, as we have done with many others. When we came with a friend who had specific dietary requirements, we decided to order from the grill menu while the rest of the group wanted the Christmas menu. The waiter, who was very friendly, informed us that we could not mix the menus and had to order as a table from one or the other. This was a bit of a disappointment for us. If our friend had eaten alone at another table, she could have ordered her chosen meal. However, the situation was kindly rectified to accommodate our friend's nutritional needs. It would be great if there was an option to order from both menus. Despite this, we had a fabulous meal, great value for money, and excellent service.

Delicious food made with local ingredients, can’t fault it. Nice outdoor seating area, will go again.
