Papillon 25 - South Orange

This restaurant needs to improve the quality of service for the prices they are charging. Despite its classy appearance, the service was awful. We hosted a party in the two back rooms on Saturday 8/3 at around 7:00 and it was uncomfortably hot due to the AC being locked by the owner. Guests had to ask for water and serve themselves, which was not acceptable. Additionally, there was a mix-up with an order of sweet potato fries, which were served as regular fries instead. The food took over an hour to arrive, causing some guests to leave before everyone could eat together. While the server was friendly, the overall experience was disappointing. The restaurant needs to make improvements in order to justify their prices.

I decided to visit Papillon 25 after work to relax. Terdoo and Blanco really made my night, and it was just what I needed. I look forward to returning and supporting these ladies!

Food over price the food is not tasty have no favor at all I spent 184 ordering different foods cause the others was nasty the barbecue chicken wings was the only thing that was good to me I had to ask for my check 5 times and they charge me $30 for a tip without even asking me and mind you I was alone atmosphere nice for drinks and social interaction but not for the food they need a new chef Parking: It’s in south orange in the small down town area so sometimes hard to find parking

I visited this restaurant because other places in the neighborhood were closed, and to my surprise, it was a delightful experience. The restaurant boasts a great atmosphere, with friendly and efficient staff. The food portions were generous, and the drinks were flavorful. We enjoyed the rack of lamb, calamari, and salad, all of which were excellent. They truly know how to make you feel at home. I will most likely return.

Some of the best service in South Orange!!! Terdoo, Blanco, and Austin are excellent bartenders and always bring a vibe. ?
