Sakura Teriyaki - South Orange

I had Sakura Teriyaki the other day for lunch, and boy was it a real treat. Their food is always really fresh and quite tasty as well too. I got their Salmon Teriyaki Bento Box. It consists of Salmon w/ Brown Rice (Optional), Salad, and a California Roll. Talk about a great lunch! Usually their Bento Boxes come with Edamame, and although extremely delicious, I’d personally rather a full sushi roll instead. So I just sub out the Edamame. Their Bento Boxes are always phenomenal! The Salmon has like a slight crust on the outside and is super soft and flaky on the inside. I would absolutely recommend Sakura Teriyaki to anyone in S.O. and looking for some awesome teriyaki!

I bought the food and it was nice and hot. I had alot to do, so I did not get to eat it until much later. It was still extremely delicious even at room temperature. So I know it have been mouth watering if I had ate it hot. Better than Sakura Japan. Get the shrimp and chicken with fried rice.

I have eaten at numerous places like this... but this place was not good at all! Sushi was terrible... did but taste fresh! They give you a platter full of rice and only enough meat and veggies for a child. I will never waste my money again! Need fresh food and better quantity of food.... not just a bunch of rice!!

The worst looking and tasting chicken wings I've EVER seen! One bite and it was like tasting dirty chicken grease and old depraved wings! Sickening! My whole order was WRONG from Postmates and called back and restaurant staff was rude! $50 on an order that we never ate! That food is probably still in deep freezer so I can show them if I'm ever I that's really in Jersey! So disappointed that we ended up getting more food elsewhere that night! I want my money back and Ill go to any other Japanese place EXCEPT this one next time! Postmates was informed and did nothing! If my money isn't refunded from them and restaurant,I'll call my card company! Disgusting

Cafeteria style seating. Did not get utensils or napkins, everything was served in take out containers, had to purchase bottles of water even though there was a soda fountain with water option (restaurant refused to provide a cup for water). Do not use the bathroom there. Women 's had an out of order sign and the only available men 's bathroom was extremely dirty, no soap available to wash hands. How do employees wash their hands before handling food???
