Absolutely appalling ! Waited 10 mins to be told by a member of the cafe team that she isn't serving (rudely) young man was left on his own entirely to deal with the ever growing cue. Ordered food , waited 20 minutes for the rude member of staff to come Out and deliver it to 3 wrong tables before realising it was ours and after 3 other people had handled the plates . Disgusting attitude of the female working there . Partner asked for some ketchup , got grunted at . Will not be eating here again , I am a regular shoppper in store and absolutely disgusted by todays visit to the cafe .

Been in a few times, it’s always been outstanding old fashioned customer service. All staff have been lovely, helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them to do! Always service with a big smile Our go to cafe in didcot for coffee, soft drinks, or a bite to eat!

I recently visited this restaurant one evening and was disappointed to find that they didn't have many of the items I needed on my shopping list. It seemed like it was a busy day, but I noticed that there were staff members standing around in the aisles, maybe because they didn't have any stock to put out. I have also noticed during previous visits that there aren't always enough staff available at the checkout counters. The atmosphere could also use some improvement, it feels quite dull and could benefit from having some music or other elements to liven it up.
