Usa Fried Chicken - South Oxfordshire

Ordered food at 3.30pm, had a phone call to say driver delayed and would be here by 5pm already late! 5.30pm food arrived, cold ever tried heating up jalapeño poppers and chips and chicken??? nah guessed not!! why not cancel the order if you knew you had a problem, £26 completely ruined and in the bin..

I ordered a meat pizza for delivery, but received a Margherita pizza instead. When I called to address the mistake, they showed no interest in fixing it. I was very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered two burgers and both of them were still pink in the middle, which is not acceptable. This was for pick-up, not delivery, and the staff had a poor attitude.

I would strongly advise against dining at this restaurant. My partner and I were in desperate need of food after walking a long distance during lockdown. I ordered a kebab and some chicken on a Thursday and became ill on Saturday with symptoms including sweating, diarrhea, and vomiting. I am still experiencing pain and discomfort as it is now Tuesday night. I would urge others not to make the same mistake. On a somewhat positive note, I have most likely lost a few pounds.

Absolutely disgusting! Not a safe place to visit during the pandemic. The first thing to note is that the customer service is terrible. The guy who took my order had earphones in and did not bother to take them out. He couldn 't hear me and tapped on his ear to show he had earphones in as if that was a valid reason. Then the main problem is the hygiene, the two people who worked there did not have masks on and constantly talked to each other while preparing the food. The guy with earphones in was on his phone and was touching the food with his bare hands as they both didn 't have gloves on. And aside from the chicken tasting like it was 20 years old, the additional ingredient on there is germs from the employees ' breath as they were breathing all over the chicken in the glass cabinet thing (not sure what it 's called) which was not heated enough to kill the germs because the chicken was luke warm at best. When they were checking the food with their fingers they also stuck their heads inside the cabinet thing to continue their conversation so that place is a literal germs incubator! I should not have even tasted the chicken because now I feel very ill as well as having lost £5.50 to pay for these people to carry on doing what they are doing. Basically, they are not getting many customers anyway now which is no big surprise but I hope they close down soon because there are definitely hygiene regulations being broken in there. The small restaurant , if I can even call it that, is posing a massive health risk during the pandemic.
