As I started to unpack my belongings and set my things on the sofa, a bunch of cockroaches scuttled out. I quickly backed away, but with my fractured bone, I couldn’t move too fast. We managed to kill a few roaches, and my mother tried to contact the front desk for help, but no one answered. Then we asked a nice lady at the bar for assistance, and it was a relief to have someone listen to us. She kindly helped us move to another room. Thank you for that! We collected our belongings and moved to the new room. However, when my father went to use the restroom, yet another enormous roach appeared! We all screamed in shock. I couldn't help but wonder how often this place is inspected, because it was simply unbelievable. Since we couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk, we had no choice but to spend the night there. My father stayed awake, vigilant to ensure no roaches crawled on us, especially after one actually crawled on me! The next morning, we decided that we could no longer tolerate this hotel, and we would not be returning. Please, do not book a stay here. If there’s an emergency, there is no manager available to assist you. Need toilet paper? Good luck finding it because the front desk is non-existent. We paid for two nights but only stayed one due to the appalling conditions. Nobody wants to sleep with roaches! When we asked for a refund for the night we didn’t stay, we were denied. Thank you, Coco Beach Hotel, for a truly terrible experience.

Very very poor customer service- heavier set woman working the bar has very little bartending experience. Watched her cuss out an older woman for bringing a cooler, and when my wife asked if she could sit down she said “I guess you can”. Wouldn’t re make my margarita when she watered it down. So sad been here for years and one bartender has to ruin it for such a great hotel.
