My 1st time going there and I thought it was great! Good food, good service, great company, and God's amazing views! What more could I ask for.

We decided to stop by Coconut Jacks just because it seemed cute and was close to our parasailing excursion, and it was such a treat! Delicious drinks, yummy food, and awesome service from Paul. He gave us great recommendations and took great care of us. Even joked about getting his name tattooed! Lol.

I had purchased a burger and shrimp. I was informed that the shrimp was sold out and that I would be refunded for that. After 3 weeks of reaching out to get ahold of the manager Johnny I was very rudely told by the bartender that he recommended I just call my bank to cancel the charge. Which I think is an awful way of doing business. $48 for a burger seems high since I didn’t get the shrimp.
