**Rooms:** Immaculately clean **Nearby Activities:** Numerous shops and restaurants in the area **Safety:** I felt very secure during my stay, especially with the presence of a security guard. **Food and Drinks:** They offered excellent menu options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant, starting from the moment I walked in until I reached my table. Manuel, Francisco, and Roberto played a key role in making our welcome truly exceptional. They treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. Thank you all for being so wonderful! I give them a solid 5 stars across the board!

We found dead cockroaches in almost every corner of our room, as well as in the shower. Additionally, there were cockroaches living under the swim-up bar countertop, and they attempted to crawl on us while we were swimming in the evening. Initially, the hotel seemed delightful, but it soon became clear that it is in serious disrepair. We paid around $790 for a top-floor double king suite, and given our experience, we will not be coming back.

The food was great fresh and always hot..! My quesadilla (the meat on it) had no flavor but the beans were great..!

Food is great . . . . . when it is actually open for business. It seems that the employees open and close whenever the hail they want. It is not a one time occurrence either. I have stopped in after Open hours only to find it has closed or, as happened today, I arrived before Closed hours to find the door shut. And that is because I actually called earlier today to specifically ask what time they closed and was told 9 pm by the employee on the phone. Well nope, someone decided to call it a night at 7 pm. Four other families asked if it was open as I stood there once again looking at a shut door. I was surprised they even answered the phone as they typically don 't answer during operating hours. You actually have to flip a coin to see if it is worth taking a chance going and hoping to find it open. If you are lucky enough to find it open be prepared to wait 30 45 plus no matter how big or small your order is. This place is out of your way and hardly advertised. It 's very disappointing to see this low of level of service from a well known local name for good food. Seriously thinking of not coming back only to waste my time. At this point I would not recommend. It seems to constantly be understaffed, no smiles, long waits, and 10% chance you 'll even find it open. Sad (for a Taco Palenque)
