I saw a hidden house coffee mark here. I know their bores that are roasted in santa ana at one of their own stallions. I look forward to a visit when I'm in the opposite!
Another Good ramen place at Pasadena. Ordered tonkatsu ramen (comes with chashu, green onion, red ginger and onsen tamago egg), pork bun and plum soda. Ramen is good, curly noodle with good broth. I'm quite impressed with their chashu, very good flavor and taste
Decent experience with soothing background music to set the tone of the restaurant. Because of the compact nature of the space it can get loud with a bunch of people inside. Got the tonkatsu ramen which was tasty. The broth is rich and flavorful which is to be expected with a pork based broth and the addition of the truffle oil on top added another element to it. The chashu was not as tender as I would have expected it to be and what I have had at other local ramen spots. The noodles were firm but not too firm. Overall good experience and will probably be back to get a quick bite to eat.
Great place with a delicious tobkatsu ramen. The broth is rich but not too heavy or greasy. The noodles had a satisfying texture with the right amount of chew. The prices were also fair given the quality of the food.
Decent ramen but small portion. Got a Bon Bon Lemonade too, it was really good and the presentation was really well made but its filled with ice. Staff is excellent ad well. Overall good stuff but I wish they would be more generous with the portions.
