Like other reviews. The new lady/manager in the store has also made our day. She is very helpful and friendly. Kudos for her.

Always great order extra lemon Custard much appreciated

We visited this place 2 weeks ago on Saturday. I'm not sure if the lady who worked this day was the owner or manager, but she did our day absolutely. My neurodivergent son, me, and my other children stopped after our football matches. He has been fixed on the Baskin Robbins logo for a few weeks. When we arrived, he didn't care to get ice cream, but was super excited to see the big logo in the lobby. When all 4 of my children decided their flavors, she patiently listened to him going up and over the logo. To my surprise she came back and gave him two sheets of Baskin's tattoos. She also made his day and mine. I didn't get her name, but thank you for your patience and a smile on my little boys face!

Not enough time to give him a star. I can say they're South Pasadena is clean, but people come out of this mall always seem to be in a hurry. Be careful when you have children, the parking sometimes cannot be sure to go through these snobs that think they own the street other than that these bikini robes for me is child-friendly and so far great customer service. I give them 5 stars when I see the part of the ice cream to be in line with the other Baskin wheels I had. I recommend visiting the bikini robbers in the hastily ranch on mountainblvd that business is one of my best bikini robbers to go to them always friendly and the part are consistent every time. This is my experience and I just have to say that.

The staff there are extremely friendly, they have been exceedingly nice to me every single time I go. Baskin Robbins is my go to ice cream place, with at least 15-20 different flavors and even more combinations. Not only that, but their flavors change, and are also provided as ice cream cakes and pizzas. Yes pizzas. And they definitely made it work. I get all my cakes made from them and each one comes out better than the last
